Senior Cyber Underwriter

Position Overview

As a Senior Cyber Underwriter, you will independently assess, analyze, and underwrite complex cyber risks. You will design tailored and innovative insurance solutions that address the evolving challenges of the cyber market. Confidently managing contract and pricing negotiations with brokers, major clients, and other stakeholders is central to this role. You will actively monitor market trends and contribute your expertise to the strategic and product development of our Cyber portfolio.

Collaboration is key; you will work closely with sales, IT, claims management, and external partners. Additionally, you will support the development and training of underwriting guidelines and share your knowledge with colleagues.

Candidate Profile

• Completed degree in Law, Economics, Computer Science, or IT Security.
• Several years of experience as a Senior Underwriter in cyber insurance.
• Comprehensive insurance technical knowledge and strong analytical skills to evaluate and improve IT security measures.
• Decisive, confident in handling complex risks, and skilled in negotiation.
• Persuasive communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Independent, structured, and solution-focused work approach with a commitment to team-oriented development of the insurance segment.
