About the Role
Join Edufolio, a leading matrimony service provider in Punjab, offering a fully automated platform inclusive of a website and mobile application. We are seeking a Senior Counsellor to assist clients by explaining membership plans and facilitating their search for a compatible match. This position is office-based in Chandigarh with a strong preference for candidates fluent in Punjabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with clients over the phone to explain various membership options.
- Provide clear, empathetic responses to client inquiries.
- Develop rapport and maintain positive client relationships through professional service.
Candidate Profile
- Strong communication and persuasive selling capabilities.
- Customer service orientation to create a positive client experience.
- Previous tele-counselling or customer support experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Punjabi is mandatory.
Working Conditions and Schedule
- Workplace: SCF 59, Phase 2, Mohali, Chandigarh.
- Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Sundays off.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹45,000, credited directly to bank accounts.
- Annual increment varying between 8% and 20%, with a six-month increment of 3% to 8% for exceptional performance.
- Monthly performance incentives from 3% to 5% based on achievement of goals.
- Job timings strictly followed without target-based salary model.
- Medical and emergency benefits provided upon submission of proper documentation.
