Senior Counsellor - Study Abroad

Role Overview

We seek an enthusiastic and committed Overseas Education Counsellor to guide students aspiring to pursue education abroad. This position is based in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi and demands full-time commitment with a focus on student counseling, university admissions, and visa facilitation.

Primary Duties

• Provide expert counselling to students planning to study overseas, helping them select countries and universities that best fit their interests and potential.
• Identify and shortlist suitable institutions aligned with students' goals for international study.
• Engage and build relationships with prospective students generated through various marketing campaigns.
• Conduct prompt and proactive follow-ups on enquiries from walk-in and telephonic student interactions.
• Prepare and manage student application documents for university admissions efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a streamlined admission process for students.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all counselling sessions and prepare regular reports.
• Organize and conduct seminars, workshops, and sessions involving universities to enhance student engagement.

Candidate Expectations

• Possess at least four years of relevant experience in overseas education counselling.
• Have familiarity with international education systems, particularly related to Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, and their visa procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Adept at working collaboratively within team environments.
• Willingness to travel as required by the role.
