Your Impact

In this role, you will establish the foundational framework for the Information Management landscape for some of the largest enterprises worldwide. Your primary focus will be to lead technical and solution implementation efforts within Professional Services projects, whether cloud-based or on-premises.

• Comprehend enterprise transformational initiatives in the Information Management domain.
• Advise, advocate, and implement top-tier solutions for clients.
• Guide a consulting team to deliver accurate, effective solutions aligned with project goals.
• Contribute to client roadmap development.
• Scope functionally complete and commercially viable offerings during bidding phases.
• Engage with internal experts and client enterprise architects to articulate the advantages of solution options.
• Adhere and contribute to best practices in solution and technical architecture and implementation methodology.
• Ensure solutions meet quality standards and align with the client’s strategic objectives through oversight and quality controls.
• Remain current with cloud technologies and incorporate new learnings as required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Deep expertise with hands-on experience in AppWorks or Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems; equivalent products may also be considered.
• At least 15 years of technical experience designing and implementing solutions using these products.
• Strong knowledge in enterprise applications, IT infrastructure, networking, and relational databases.
• Excellent communication skills that foster trust and clarity.
• Strategic mindset with ability to structure ideas to realize incremental value in iterative cycles.
• Proficient with various solution architecture lifecycles, including building from the ground up or transforming existing architectures to meet objectives.
• Effective collaboration with project teams and stakeholders through clear communication, simplification of complexity, and results-oriented approach.
