Overview
Join Gallup in Singapore as a Senior Consultant specializing in workplace science. In this role, you will lead research initiatives aimed at enhancing workplaces in Asia by collaborating closely with senior executives. Your work will combine rigorous research, advanced analytics, and evidence-based consulting to solve complex workplace challenges and deliver actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify business problems and design research strategies.
- Manage both quantitative and qualitative research projects that generate meaningful insights for clients.
- Convert complex analytical results into strategic recommendations for executive decision-making.
- Lead client engagements, including meetings, presentations, workshops, and webinars.
- Foster strong relationships with senior client leaders, serving as a trusted strategic advisor throughout the consulting process.
- Mentor junior researchers by offering technical guidance, coaching, and reviewing project quality.
- Contribute to Gallup's regional thought leadership through original research, publications, and innovative client solutions.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance the quality of research, accelerate insight development, and improve client outcomes.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in industrial-organizational psychology, organizational behavior, psychology, business, statistics, research methodology, or related fields; Ph.D. preferred.
- Minimum of eight years' experience in workplace research, organizational consulting, people analytics, or applied behavioral science.
- Proficient in advanced quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, including driver analysis, statistical modeling, longitudinal studies, and qualitative synthesis.
- Experienced in designing and delivering executive-level research plans and insights to senior clients.
- Skilled at managing large, complex projects with cross-functional teams amidst competing priorities.
- Able to translate business challenges into robust research designs and actionable recommendations.
- Extensive familiarity with survey design, implementation, and reporting platforms such as Gallup Access or similar enterprise tools.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor researchers, consultants, or project team members.
- Experience using AI tools to optimize research, analysis, productivity, and client deliverables.
- Preferred experience contributing to thought leadership through publications, workplace reports, or conference presentations.
- Commitment to working onsite in Gallup’s Singapore office at least three days per week.
