Join our Tax & Legal department specializing in Transfer Pricing, advising companies on appropriate solutions for global operations while minimizing risks involved in compliance with local and international transfer pricing regulations. Take part in meaningful projects as a Senior Consultant Transfer Pricing (m/w/d).

Work locations include Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt (Main), Hamburg, Hannover, Köln, Leipzig, Mannheim, München, Nürnberg, and Stuttgart.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business models and value chains to derive implications for transfer pricing.
• Advise international clients on transfer pricing matters from strategic, procedural, tax, and economic perspectives.
• Prepare fiscal opinions and expert reports relating to transfer pricing using economic insights.
• Support defense of transfer pricing in tax audits and accompany international arbitration and mutual agreement procedures.
• Conduct economic, fiscal, and business evaluations including competitive analyses concerning cross-border scenarios.
• Drive change management processes with an agile mindset and promote innovative solutions in a dynamic environment.

Candidate Profile and Skills

• Academic background in Economics, Business Administration, Law, Business Informatics, or as a certified tax specialist (Diplom-Finanzwirt).
• Initial practical experience, potentially through internships.
• Beneficial knowledge areas include taxation, corporate controlling, and accounting.
• Strong intellectual curiosity and willingness to embrace change in a dynamic workplace; continuous technical skill development such as databases and artificial intelligence.
• Preferably knowledge in market/industry analyses, microeconomics, financial economics, investment, and financing.
• Proficient German and English language skills, both spoken and written.
• Flexibility in terms of working hours and location.
