Senior Manager - Debt Advisory

As a Senior Manager in the Debt & Capital Advisory team, you will advise corporates and private equity clients on capital structure optimization, fundraisings, refinancing, and debt restructurings, contributing to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on a range of debt advisory engagements, collaborating regularly with clients, banks, private credit funds, legal teams, advisors, and internal departments.
• Manage daily transaction processes including preparing information packs, management presentations, financial analyses, and maintaining client communications.
• Conduct thorough industry and company research to support deal origination and transaction insights.
• Develop and analyze financial models encompassing business forecasts, scenario analyses, and covenant calculations.
• Negotiate commercial debt terms within term sheets and contribute actively to business development and marketing efforts.
• Maintain up-to-date awareness of debt market trends and cultivate extensive networks with key transaction stakeholders such as private equity houses, banks, private credit funds, lawyers, and advisors.
• Lead deal teams from initiation to completion serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven expertise in leveraged or structured finance within banks, non-bank institutions, or debt advisory firms.
• Strong capability in detailed financial and commercial analysis for client presentations and reporting.
• Demonstrated success originating and executing transactions with corporate and private equity backed entities.
• Extensive experience in debt structuring, credit analysis, and financial modeling.
• Proficiency in negotiating term sheets and comprehensive legal documentation.
• Demonstrated willingness and confidence to engage in business development activities.
• Experience in leading and mentoring junior team members.
• Professional certifications such as ACA or CFA are advantageous.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
