About the Role
This Senior Consultant position offers a valuable opportunity to advance your career within a global Transfer Pricing Services team comprising economists, tax experts, and analysts. Our team aids multinational clients in optimizing tax efficiency and minimizing risks from tax authority reviews through a comprehensive, international approach.
We focus on crafting and applying commercially sound transfer pricing strategies, preparing documentation for audits, and ensuring adherence to local tax regulations worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice to multinational corporations from varied industries on identifying value creation in global supply chains and aligning business activities with Australian and international transfer pricing laws.
- Conduct detailed financial, economic, value chain, and benchmarking analyses to prepare robust transfer pricing documentation and support client planning, compliance, and defense across multiple transaction types, including intellectual property, royalties, loans, services, goods, and capital assets.
- Participate in client and Australian Taxation Office meetings alongside senior transfer pricing and tax professionals.
- Support clients in embedding operational transfer pricing models into their ERP systems through technological solutions.
- Pursue continuous technical development by engaging in both practical on-the-job experiences and formal training on Australian and global transfer pricing matters.

Professional Background
- Experience in global and/or Australian transfer pricing consultancy and compliance, including creation of transfer pricing analyses, documentation, and models, especially on complex projects.
- Previous work within a Big 4 or mid-tier consulting firm, corporate tax division, or the Australian Taxation Office.
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Track record of managing multiple client engagements, fostering day-to-day client relationships, and supporting partner-level staff.
Educational Qualifications
A degree in Accounting, Economics, Commerce, Finance, or Law is required, alongside progress toward or completion of chartered accounting qualifications such as CA or CPA.
