About the Opportunity

The Transfer Pricing Services team at our firm comprises economists, tax advisers, and analysts dedicated to helping clients optimize tax efficiencies and mitigate risks linked to tax authorities. We adopt a multidisciplinary and global approach to provide assistance with developing practical transfer pricing policies, compiling audit documentation, and ensuring adherence to local tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advisory services to multinational clients across diverse industries both in Australia and internationally, focusing on identifying value creation points and establishing fair reward, documentation, and reporting in compliance with Australian and global tax regulations.
• Perform financial, economic, value chain, and benchmarking analyses to prepare detailed transfer pricing documentation and guide clients in planning, supporting, and defending transfer pricing arrangements involving transactions such as intellectual property, royalties, loans, services, goods, and capital dealings.
• Participate in client and Australian Taxation Office meetings alongside senior transfer pricing and tax experts.
• Support clients in integrating operational transfer pricing models into their ERP systems via technology solutions.
• Enhance your technical expertise through practical experience and structured training on Australian and international transfer pricing developments.

Experience and Qualifications

• Experience in Australian transfer pricing advisory and compliance, including preparing analyses, documentation, and models to support complex engagements.
• Previous involvement in transfer pricing roles within Big 4 or mid-tier accounting firms, the Australian Taxation Office, or corporate settings.
• Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Track record of supporting senior partners by managing multiple client projects, maintaining client relationships, and fostering deeper engagements.
• Experience mentoring, training, and developing junior staff members.
• Relevant academic background such as a degree in Accounting, Economics, Commerce, Finance, or Law, along with progress towards or completion of CA/CPA qualifications.
