Position Overview

Join Deloitte's Consulting team in HR Strategy & Technology as a Senior Consultant. Your role will focus on assisting organizations in strategically shaping and future-proofing their HR functions, combining deep strategy and process consulting with advanced technology insights and targeted use of AI. This position supports multiple office locations including Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Hannover, Köln, München, and Stuttgart.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing HR-IT system landscapes to identify areas for improvement and develop sustainable HR-IT strategies.
• Stay updated on the latest AI developments, design target architectures, evaluate HR technology solutions, and manage the selection and implementation of modern HR technologies.
• Leverage data analytics and modern data strategies to support informed decision-making and develop or use AI agents.
• Conduct and facilitate workshops, prepare persuasive management presentations, and assist companies in strategic decisions regarding their HR-IT roadmaps.
• Lead initial subprojects and take responsibility by mentoring junior colleagues and sharing knowledge and experience.

Required Qualifications

• At least two years of relevant professional experience in consulting environments, supported by a successfully completed university degree.
• Strong expertise in HR IT strategy development or HR IT project/system implementation.
• Excellent analytical, interpretative, presentation, and moderation skills combined with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
• Experience in project management, client management, entrepreneurial thinking, and adaptability.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, critically evaluate, and apply AI potentials to develop innovative solutions, provide sound recommendations, and deliver measurable client value.
