Position Responsibilities

As a Senior EPM Consultant, your role will involve empowering customers to navigate challenges across business operations, particularly within CFO offices and operational units. Your mission is to tailor and implement Jedox software solutions addressing core planning, reporting, and analytics workflows on a client-centric basis. Together with clients, you will design and deploy specialized, cutting-edge processes in financial planning and varied operational domains. You will serve as a trusted advisor bridging technical and functional project aspects.

• Deliver expertise as a subject matter specialist in Financial and Operational Planning & Analytics (EPM) to clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Ensure client success through deep conceptual knowledge and robust implementation capabilities.
• Provide strategic counsel on industry-leading practices and trends related to Financial and Operational Planning & Analytics.
• Engage with senior executives to grasp business ambitions and align Jedox solutions accordingly.
• Recommend process improvements necessary for effective EPM integration and support clients during change management efforts.
• Lead and facilitate design workshops involving customers and the Jedox implementation team.
• Convert workshop outcomes into actionable implementation plans, guaranteeing measurable value for clients.
• Acquire thorough understanding of Jedox implementation nuances to guide critical data and solution architecture decisions.
• Mentor junior consultants and cultivate a collaborative, supportive team environment.
• Collaborate closely with Go-To-Market teams to deepen customer requirement understanding.
• Partner with Product Managers by channeling organized client feedback into product development initiatives.
• Contribute creative ideas to product innovation and feature enhancement roadmaps.

Candidate Profile

• Possess Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• Bring more than five years of relevant experience in consulting, controlling, accounting, or operational business roles.
• Exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset coupled with effective communication skills for engaging with C-level leadership.
• Have familiarity with collaborative software tools supporting FP&A or other EPM processes.
• Preferably have experience in project management or working within SCRUM teams.
• Demonstrate a passion for delivering excellent service and a cooperative work style.
• Maintain a collegial, open, and grounded personality.
• Be fluent in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
