About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant specializing in Agentic AI engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software engineering, machine learning engineering, solution architecture, or autonomous/agentic systems with substantial exposure to generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Key Responsibilities and Experience
- Develop and deploy GenAI and LLM solutions into production environments, including at least one project involving agentic systems such as tool-using agents, workflow agents, or multi-agent frameworks.
- Design and implement software adhering to engineering best practices including design patterns, code review, and testing methodologies.
- Utilize agent frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel and implement retrieval-augmented generation patterns.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise-grade systems through REST/gRPC APIs, databases, message queues, and identity services.
- Deploy applications on scalable platforms using Docker, Kubernetes, and major cloud providers.
- Implement vector-based search and storage solutions, optimizing for low-latency inference and retrieval performance.
- Conduct evaluation and monitoring of LLM and agentic systems through offline assessments, regression tests, and observability tools such as Langfuse or equivalents.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating complex business objectives into technical designs and implementation plans.
Preferred Additional Skills
- Experience in productizing GenAI platforms or reusable agent components for diverse teams or client projects.
- Knowledge of microservice and event-driven architectures, including Kafka, and distributed systems design patterns.
- Expertise in large-scale prompt engineering, including prompt management, version control, and structured output design.
- Familiarity with developer productivity platforms like GitHub Copilot, AWS CodeWhisperer, Cursor, secure software development life cycles, and industry certifications in cloud, Kubernetes, security, or machine learning.
Educational Requirements
Possession of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field such as B.E., B.Tech, M.C.A., or M.Sc.
