Overview
If you excel at transforming complex datasets into actionable business intelligence and have a passion for establishing competitive and equitable reward frameworks, this senior role at GXO might align with your goals. As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will contribute to compensation initiatives across UK and Ireland, encompassing pay reviews, bonus schemes, benchmarking, gender pay reporting, and pay transparency programs, while collaborating closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders.
Work Arrangement
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Northampton, offering a hybrid schedule with a requirement to be onsite two days per week. Flexible work hours support coordination with global teams.
Compensation and Benefits
The role offers a salary in the region of A345,000, plus 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret substantial datasets to generate compensation insights and reporting.
- Support annual pay reviews, bonus administration, and compensation governance processes.
- Perform salary benchmarking, survey evaluations, and job assessment tasks.
- Work closely with HR, Finance, and business units on reward-related projects.
- Engage in strategic reward initiatives such as gender pay gap reporting, HR information systems management, and pay transparency efforts.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with experience managing large datasets.
- Background in compensation, reward management, finance, payroll, HR analytics, or related analytical roles.
- Familiarity with pay reviews, benchmarking exercises, bonus program administration, job evaluations, or reward reporting.
- Strong capability in stakeholder engagement and independent work.
- Proactive mindset and genuine enthusiasm for career progression in compensation and reward domains.
