Senior Clouds Operation & Managed Services (Security)

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee cybersecurity infrastructure including firewalls, antivirus programs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
• Assist in incident handling, resolve technical issues and coordinate with vendors for escalations.
• Conduct vulnerability checks, manage applying patches, and contribute to security audit activities.
• Work closely with IT departments to document security protocols, incident reports, and proof of concept outcomes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering with a minimum of six years in cybersecurity or IT security operations.
• Possession of certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or CISSP is advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity areas like Endpoint Protection, Network Security, and Identity Access Management.
• Proven capability to lead a team of engineers handling day 1 and day 2 operational tasks.
