Role Overview
Working directly under the Senior Casino Manager and acting as their deputy, this position takes responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the casino. This includes managing relationships with over 35 game providers (primarily Tier B and C), ensuring all content is live, compliant, and commercially optimized, while serving as the in-house content expert.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the full lifecycle of casino game releases, including planning, testing, and launching.
- Oversee game content, merchandising, and lobby optimization to enhance player engagement and boost commercial outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with a large portfolio of game providers, driving supplier performance and facilitating new promotional and content opportunities.
- Lead casino operations by addressing content and supplier challenges and refining operational processes continuously.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, CRM, and other cross-functional teams to implement promotions, campaigns, and content initiatives.
- Utilize AI-powered insights and commercial data analysis to optimize portfolio results, identify growth prospects, and support revenue strategies.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, manage stakeholder relationships, and step in for the Senior Casino Manager as needed.
Candidate Requirements
- At least two years of experience working in online casino content, operations, or commercial roles, preferably within the UK market.
- Strong capability to independently manage daily casino operations including game releases, content administration, lobby management, and solving issues.
- Experience in managing supplier relationships and negotiating commercial terms, alongside collaboration with various internal teams.
- Proficiency with casino back-office platforms, lobby management tools, spreadsheets, and performance reporting systems.
- Solid commercial and financial understanding demonstrated through using performance metrics to drive revenue and player KPIs, as well as handling provider reconciliations and finance queries.
- Comfortable leveraging AI and data analytics tools to improve operational efficiency and convert insights into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to influence stakeholders, foster teamwork, and mentor junior staff.
