Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement embedded software tailored for high-performance, low-level system applications.
• Engage in all phases of the product development cycle from initial concept and circuit board activation through to refinement and validation processes.
• Utilize rigorous software engineering methodologies and robust architectural frameworks during development efforts.
• Translate sophisticated algorithms supplied by domain experts into optimized, dependable embedded code.
• Develop and run testing frameworks, utilities, and interfaces that verify software integrity and performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
• Over a decade of hands-on experience in software engineering roles.
• Expertise in advanced modern C++ programming and object-oriented software design practices.
• Solid experience within Linux operating systems, with additional knowledge of Ubuntu considered advantageous.
• Proven ability in designing, debugging, and enhancing multithreaded real-time applications.
• Familiarity with commonly used tools such as Git for version control, Jira or equivalent issue tracking software, and Conan or similar dependency management systems.
• Working knowledge of complex embedded systems where performance is critical is highly preferred.

Preferred but Not Required

• Programming skills in C or Python.
• Background in real-time operating systems like FreeRTOS, VxWorks, or Zephyr.
