About the Role
Our client, a thriving technology company based in Dublin, is looking for an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to become a key member of their internal systems team. This role offers a wide scope across various departments and projects, where you will collaborate closely with both business and technology stakeholders to capture requirements, enhance processes, and aid in the execution of system and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to clarify business needs, challenges, and priorities.
- Collect, analyze, and document detailed business and system requirements.
- Visualize and map current processes, pinpointing areas for enhancement.
- Assist in the delivery and implementation of systems, transformation, and integration projects.
- Collaborate closely with technical and business teams to create actionable and practical solutions.
- Drive initiatives focused on process improvements and automation.
- Investigate and troubleshoot system and data-related issues, proposing effective remedies.
- Balance multiple concurrent projects and priorities within the organization.
- Contribute to the sustained advancement and refinement of internal systems and procedures.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in Business Analysis or Business Systems Analysis roles.
- Skilled in gathering requirements, process mapping, and enabling business or technological change.
- Experience participating in systems transformation, integration, or process enhancement projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
- Adept at managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Background in technology sectors such as SaaS, consulting, or other dynamic environments is advantageous.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems, automation, data analytics, or artificial intelligence is desirable.
Additional Information
Position is located in Dublin with a hybrid work arrangement. The salary package is approximately €80,000 per year, including bonuses and employee benefits.
