Our client is a large and reputable professional services firm based in Dublin, boasting an expanding Audit practice. This firm serves a broad range of large corporate and multinational clients across various sectors. The opportunity is aimed at an experienced audit professional ready to assume a Director level position within a significant Audit practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and cultivate senior-level client relationships across a portfolio of large corporate and multinational clients.
• Lead the execution of complex audit engagements within the Corporate Audit portfolio.
• Take charge of large and intricate group audit projects.
• Collaborate closely with senior finance executives and key decision-makers within client organizations.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to audit teams spanning multiple assignments.
• Support business development efforts by contributing to securing new engagements and nurturing existing client relationships.
• Partner with senior leadership to support growth initiatives within the Corporate Audit practice.
• Engage actively in leadership roles concerning the Audit team's wider strategic direction and development.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified accountant possessing considerable experience in external audit.
• Currently operating as an Audit Director or a senior manager with aspirations to advance to Director level within a large accounting firm.
• Demonstrated expertise auditing large corporate and multinational organizations.
• Proven capability in managing complex and group audit assignments.
• Excellent client management skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
• Business development skills are considered a beneficial advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary package offers up to €130,000 annually, inclusive of bonus, health, and pension benefits.
