Job description
Position Overview
The Senior Business Development Manager is tasked with accelerating company growth by discovering fresh business prospects, securing new clients, and broadening the customer base within Saudi Arabia. The focus is on marketing the organization's Contact Center and Customer Experience (CX) outsourcing solutions, cultivating solid relationships with potential clients, crafting commercial proposals, conducting contract negotiations, and meeting sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new business opportunities throughout the KSA marketplace.
- Formulate and implement strategic growth plans to fulfill revenue and expansion goals.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline via networking, referrals, market research, and lead generation activities.
- Reach out to and engage decision-makers within target companies.
- Acquire new clients and extend the customer portfolio.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Analyze client challenges and suggest tailored Contact Center and CX service solutions.
- Foster lasting client relationships to maximize retention and repeat business.
- Prepare commercial documents such as proposals, RFIs, RFPs, quotations, and presentations.
- Lead contract negotiations through to completion, ensuring alignment with company policies and profitability goals.
- Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities in the Contact Center and BPO arena.
- Recommend new service offerings based on client needs and market demand.
- Collaborate with Operations, Solution Design, Finance, and Legal departments to tailor client solutions.
- Ensure smooth project handover to operations post-contract closure.
- Support marketing activities such as exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
- Keep detailed CRM data and sales forecasts updated.
- Deliver regular business development reports and pipeline status updates to management.
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related disciplines.
- MBA or professional sales certificates are advantageous.
- At least 7 years in business development, sales, or account management roles.
- Minimum 5 years proven experience in Contact Center, BPO, Customer Experience (CX), or outsourcing industries.
- Demonstrated success in client acquisition and meeting sales goals.
- Experience in the Saudi Arabian market is highly preferred.
- Prior involvement in responding to RFPs and enterprise tenders is favorable.
