About The Role
Join our Retail Banking team as a Senior Banking Consultant, where your principal responsibility will be to offer customers a smooth banking experience by addressing their entire spectrum of financial needs and objectives. This includes handling transactional duties, engaging in needs-based discussions, and guiding customers through the financial products available, including digital offerings. You will possess the expertise to carry out customer transactions efficiently and conduct comprehensive needs-based consultations, fulfilling product requirements according to your accreditation level. Primarily based within branch locations, you will ensure exceptional customer service, aiming to turn customers into loyal supporters of ANZ.

Role Details
- Permanent full-time position
- Location: 274 Great Eastern Hwy, Midland WA 6056
- Working hours: 40 hours per week
- May require rostered Saturday shifts to accommodate branch hours and customer needs
Daily Responsibilities and Qualifications
To thrive in this role, candidates will ideally bring:
- Experience in establishing strong relationships in customer-focused environments
- Substantial background in financial services, preferably retail banking
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven leadership and coaching skills
- Experience as an active user and advocate of technology
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt swiftly to changes and uncertainties
