- Understanding of Identity Management frameworks, including RBAC, ABAC, and zero-trust security models.
- Intellectual curiosity with eagerness to learn and master new technologies.
- Commitment to transparency, honesty, and a collaborative, ego-free work attitude.
- Significant contributions to open source projects are viewed as a major advantage.
Hiring Process
- Initial Zoom interview with a Teleport recruiter covering company overview, product insights, compensation, interview process, and role expectations.
- Follow-up Zoom session with the Hiring Manager explaining the coding challenge and addressing candidate queries.
- Two-week coding challenge performed in collaboration via Slack and GitHub, focusing on real-world Teleport tasks using Go.
- Final review of challenge submission with Hiring Manager and team members leading to a job offer if standards are met.
