Role Overview

As our clientele expands, so does the complexity and volume of integrations required. This role is dedicated to scaling our integration capabilities. You will be responsible for designing and developing new customer integrations and managing the performance and stability of existing ones.

Your primary focus will be on creating integration services connecting our core platform to enterprise tools spanning CRM, customer service, field service, asset management, and facilities management among others.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to shaping technical architectures for integrations, collaborating with internal teams and customer engineers.
• Design and develop integrated solutions tailored to customer use cases in coordination with Product and Software teams.
• Create reusable connectors and integration packages as AWS web services or custom code on platforms like Salesforce.
• Ensure operational stability by monitoring, maintaining, and enhancing existing integrations, diagnosing and resolving issues promptly.
• Elevate the technical quality of the team through rigorous code reviews, establishing testing protocols, and mentoring peers.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• At least four years of professional experience, including over two years building production applications using Python.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and consuming REST APIs and full ownership of at least one third-party integration.
• Strong commitment to automated testing practices, including unit and integration tests as core development standards.
• Practical experience working with AWS services such as compute resources, SQS messaging queues, and managed databases.
• Understanding of designing distributed systems for high availability, reliability, and performance.
• Proven ability to collaborate directly with external technical stakeholders, interpreting ambiguous requirements into effective designs.

Desirable Additional Experience

• Development experience within Salesforce or similar partner ecosystems.
• Designing multi-tenant connector frameworks.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tooling.
• Previous exposure to a fast-scaling B2B SaaS environment.
