Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop AI Agent applications that deliver intelligent user experiences.
- Create and enhance retrieval systems integrated with agent reasoning and operational workflows.
- Collaborate across product and multidisciplinary teams to implement comprehensive AI features.
- Iterate on agent functionalities to enhance system reliability, flexibility, and effectiveness.
- Innovate by exploring and prototyping novel AI intelligence methodologies to enrich product offerings.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- At least three years of software engineering experience focused on AI, backend development, or related technical domains.
- Strong coding expertise with languages such as Python, Go, or equivalents.
- Practical knowledge of large language model (LLM) applications and integrating these model-driven workflows into products.
- Proven ability in designing, implementing, and supporting scalable, production-grade backend systems.
