Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI Agent application systems that deliver intelligent user experiences.
- Create and improve retrieval systems that work integrally with Agent reasoning and operational workflows.
- Work closely with product and other cross-functional teams to implement comprehensive AI application features.
- Continuously enhance Agent capabilities to increase reliability, adaptability, and overall performance.
- Experiment and prototype innovative AI intelligence approaches to advance product experiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience focused on AI, backend infrastructure, or related domains.
- Strong foundation in programming with languages like Python, Go, or equivalent.
- Experience with large language model (LLM) applications and integrating model-driven workflows into production products.
- Proven ability to design, build, and maintain scalable, production-grade backend systems.
