Key Responsibilities

• Take charge of architectural decisions and lead the evolution of the backend infrastructure
• Manage complex projects involving databases and integrations, including strategies for data modeling and migrations
• Develop secure, scalable, and fault-tolerant microservices and APIs
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define the technical approach for new feature development
• Conduct code reviews, mentor fellow engineers, and guide the team technically

Candidate Profile

• At least five years of professional backend development experience using Go
• Strong expertise in software architecture, API design, distributed systems, and data modeling
• Open and practical approach to AI-assisted software development, including hands-on coding agent experience
• Fluent communication skills in English, both written and oral
• High ownership mentality with capability to handle ambiguous problems and deliver technical solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience mentoring peers and leading technical initiatives; people management is an advantage
• Familiarity with continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) processes and Docker deployment workflows
