Role Location and Work Model

This position is based in Bangalore, India. We adopt a hybrid work model promoting trust and balancing team culture, connection, clarity, and business needs, blending remote and in-office work.

Team Context

Within the Technology & Product Operations organization, the Technology Center of Excellence (Tech COE) partners with GTM Operations to develop scalable automation solutions that boost efficiency, improve product quality, and enable smarter tools. Our team leverages proprietary data and technologies to streamline experiences for members, customers, products, and GTM operations worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect automation frameworks to increase automation scale by tenfold.
• Create, sustain, and grow a comprehensive suite of bots and workflows with sustainable scalability.
• Develop agents and agentic AI implementations for various use cases.
• Assess automation's business impact and monitor deployments to ensure compliance.
• Foster partnerships with global stakeholders to encourage automation adoption collaboratively.
• Oversee stakeholder experiences throughout the bot lifecycle with structured engagement mechanisms.
• Manage end-to-end bot lifecycle, from requirements gathering through hyper care and support, minimizing assistance needs.
• Analyze, design, develop, implement, and troubleshoot bots supporting diverse business functions.
• Apply extensive expertise in bot creation, deployment, migration, platform administration, and adhere to automation standards and best practices.
• Maintain adherence to leading standards and frameworks for bot development.
• Plan and execute bot migrations to updated software versions or new infrastructure thoughtfully.
• Design bots capable of continuous 24/7 operation with minimal manual intervention.
• Follow software development lifecycle (SDLC), change management procedures, and document RPA solutions to fulfill IT and information security requirements.
• Monitor and enhance bot development velocity while decreasing maintenance efforts.
• Track key performance indicators related to bots and processes, and report measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 7 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 4 years hands-on expertise with Automation Anywhere platform (A360) and Microsoft Power Platform, including bot design, development, maintenance, and infrastructure management.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or .NET, as well as SQL and VB scripting.
• Experience building bots for at least 4 to 6 complex processes, managing full lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience successfully automating API, web, and Windows-based applications and developing both attended and unattended bots.
• Capability to produce solution design documentation derived from process definition documents or recordings.
• Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps and cognitive services is advantageous.
• Experience facilitating process discovery workshops with business stakeholders and conducting knowledge-sharing sessions within teams.
• Background in intelligent agentic automation and AI/ML skills considered a plus.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft productivity tools is beneficial.
