Job description

Collaborate closely with managers and business units to uncover people-related challenges or opportunities and deliver comprehensive HR solutions across areas such as talent acquisition, organizational development, talent management, culture management, and internal communications.
Translate overarching people strategies into actionable plans at the team level, tailoring project execution to support team leaders through organizational changes, from critical people initiatives to daily HR operations.
Create and refine HR policies, procedures, and activities that align closely with the organization's business objectives.
Establish and nurture strong rapport and engagement with employees at all levels, acting as a reliable partner and advisor across the company.
Act as a champion for company culture by promoting core values consistently and driving these values to translate into measurable performance outcomes.

Possess a bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
Have at least five years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or equivalent HR function.
Exhibit strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose root causes and develop logical, data-informed solutions.
Demonstrate outstanding communication, stakeholder collaboration, and project management abilities.
Capable of maintaining a broad, strategic viewpoint while effectively implementing action plans that deliver tangible outcomes.
Possess solid business insight and sensitivity to people-related matters.
