Senior Associate

Job Responsibilities

Perform transaction delivery and project management duties by working closely under the supervision of the team lead to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of work aligned with project requirements.

• Coordinate with transaction teams for on-site project development including engaging with client teams and stakeholders such as off-takers and lenders.
• Gain insight into the commercial and contractual aspects of project financing agreements.
• Build expertise in advanced financial modeling by analyzing key business drivers and performing scenario and sensitivity analyses in compliance with project documentation and accounting standards.
• Assist in designing optimal client solutions through information gathering and thorough analysis.
• Prepare detailed reports, information memorandums, summaries, and presentations for stakeholders.

Client Interaction

• Engage with client teams to clearly understand their evolving requirements.
• Adapt to client priorities and requirements with guidance from the team lead.
• Support solution design and development to effectively address client needs.

Business Development

• Conduct in-depth sector, geography, client, and competitor research and data analysis to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Assist in drafting proposals in response to potential client requests.

Qualification & Experience

• Possess an MBA degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Have more than five years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in international banks, developers, investors, funds, or financial/corporate advisory settings is advantageous.
• Interest or experience in infrastructure or project finance is preferred.

Essential Skills

• Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities.
• Proficient in financial modeling techniques.
• Basic knowledge of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) frameworks.
• Ability to work effectively within multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
