Role Summary

This role involves managing and optimizing paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, contributing directly to client campaign success and broader business objectives. Working alongside senior team members, the Senior Associate will gain technical expertise and progress towards more independent campaign management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with setup, optimization, and daily maintenance of paid search campaigns.
  • Perform keyword research, creative development, bid adjustments, and budget management under guidance.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure campaigns meet accuracy, compliance, and best practice standards.
  • Support execution of testing procedures, evaluate impact, and prepare clear reports.
  • Review work from the Global Operations Centre, escalating issues to maintain delivery quality.
  • Help prepare client performance reports and dashboards, ensuring the integrity and consistency of data.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends or issues, and communicate findings to internal teams and clients.
  • Maintain internal documentation and trackers to facilitate efficient and transparent workflow.
  • Collaborate with Search and other channel teams to support client objectives and participate in meetings to enhance communication skills.
  • Adhere to established operational processes to minimize risks and maintain high delivery standards.
  • Ensure financial activities and tasks are accurately recorded in internal systems.
  • Engage actively in training, certification, and coaching opportunities to strengthen paid search expertise.
  • Seek and incorporate feedback regularly to support continuous personal development.
  • Share insights and learnings from campaigns and training sessions within the team.

  • Some practical experience or exposure to Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or similar paid media platforms through coursework, internships, or prior roles.

  • Effective communication abilities and a team-oriented approach.
