Role Overview

The Senior Associate in Financial Reporting will play a crucial role in assisting with the preparation, consolidation, and reporting of the Group's consolidated financial statements in adherence to IFRS. The position involves continual oversight of financial result consolidations from subsidiaries and investees, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Timely and accurate periodic group consolidated reports, including disclosures and notes, are expected deliverables.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Professional credentials such as ACCA, CA, or CFA preferred.
• At least seven years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial reporting roles.
• Proven leadership in driving projects and collaborative initiatives across functions.
• Strong proficiency with finance systems including Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), FCCS, and Oracle ERP.
• Comprehensive understanding of financial reporting methodologies and processes.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and leadership skills focused on achieving outcomes.
• Excellent analytical abilities and a detail-oriented, data-centric approach to problem-solving.
