Job description
About the Role
The company is searching for candidates to fill positions of Associate, Junior Associate, and Senior Associate. The role centers on managing and executing day-to-day store operations to ensure seamless functioning and drive sales improvements while adhering to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Responsibilities
- Organize and oversee store activities to maintain efficient operations and enhance sales performance.
- Handle customer-related issues including complaints and grievances professionally.
- Guide customers by leading them to the store sections and providing recommendations on products.
- Maintain accurate records of all store materials, including receipt and issuance of items in accordance with daily operational needs.

Additional Information
