Join a leading Technology and Data legal team as a Senior Associate or Associate (Senior Solicitor) based in Auckland. This role involves advising major New Zealand and multinational corporations on significant technology-related projects, including sourcing, AI, and digital transformation endeavors. You'll engage in advanced technology transactions and strategic negotiations encompassing the entire technology lifecycle and collaborate with a global network of colleagues across various industries and jurisdictions.

Candidate Profile
- Possess between 5 and 7 years of post-qualification experience, though outstanding candidates with less experience may be considered.
- Demonstrate solid experience in technology and sourcing within a private practice environment.
- Ability to operate independently, confidently managing sophisticated and fast-moving matters.
- Proactively cultivate client relationships and actively participate in business development efforts.
- Experience with data protection and privacy laws is a plus but not mandatory.
- Exhibit commercial acumen, strong interpersonal skills, and gain client trust and rapport.
