Job description
About the Role
An established architecture and design studio based in Dublin is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join their expanding team. As the company anticipates continued growth throughout 2027, this role requires a technically proficient individual passionate about managing detailed project elements through to construction completion.
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Technologist will collaborate closely with the architecture and design teams, taking ownership of technical development, construction documentation, and project delivery from detailed design stages through construction. Required Skills and Experience
Candidates must demonstrate strong proficiency in Revit and possess an in-depth knowledge of technical detailing, Building Regulations, and BCAR processes. The role demands the ability to work autonomously while coordinating project information to ensure all technical needs are met at each delivery phase. Practical site experience is crucial, with a clear understanding of construction processes and confidence handling site queries and technical coordination.
