RAD Search is exclusively representing an expanding design and build firm located in Co. Meath, seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist to join their dynamic team. This role offers the chance to gain wide-ranging experience across residential projects, covering all phases from early design and planning through to detailed design and on-site construction.

Job Responsibilities

Serving within a mid-sized team, you will collaborate closely with both architectural and construction professionals to create technical documentation and drawings for multiple residential projects. You will follow projects from their initial design and planning stages through to active construction on site, allowing for comprehensive insight into project delivery.

• Prepare detailed architectural documentation and construction details.
• Coordinate information from consulting professionals.
• Ensure drawings comply with necessary technical and regulatory requirements.

Experience and Knowledge

This role is tailored for an Architectural Technologist with a thorough understanding of Irish Building Regulations, residential construction methodologies, and planning processes. You should be capable of independently managing your tasks and interacting effectively with both design and site teams.

Additional Requirements

• Possession of a full driving license and access to a vehicle is essential due to the site-oriented nature of the position.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: €45,000 to €55,000 per annum.
