Senior Architect

Role Objective

Lead the conceptualization, design, presentation, and successful execution of projects in alignment with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to comprehend and document their requirements, securing approvals through effective coordination.
• Develop innovative designs that conform to client expectations, standards, and norms alongside the design team and directors.
• Ensure all drawings meet company quality standards, client requirements, and obtain necessary sign-offs and client approvals.
• Oversee site activities to guarantee smooth progress across all aspects.
• Support sales teams and design leadership in preparing compelling pitches and presentations.
• Maintain regular communication with vendors, consultants, and clients to ensure timely material delivery and accurate information gathering, including tracking design drawing stages and feasibility.
• Manage site and design documentation processes, ensuring completeness and accuracy for future reference.
• Keep updated on building codes, material specifications, market costs, and basic electrical, plumbing and HVAC knowledge to oversee subcontractor data effectively.
• Maintain the quality and detailed execution of all architectural elements, including site and landscaping to achieve desired design outcomes.
• Coordinate with service consultants, architects, civil engineers, interior designers, and 3D designers to streamline project execution and share ideas.
• Complete assigned company-building activities within deadlines.
• Pursue personal development goals according to planned development initiatives.
• Communicate project updates regularly with all stakeholders, providing daily or weekly reports to the Project Coordinator.
