About Rubix Design
Rubix Design, established in 2019 in Mumbai, is an architecture and interiors studio delivering projects in residential, corporate interiors, hospitality, and retail sectors through both Design & Advisory and Turnkey approaches.
Role Overview
We seek a Senior Architect with 3 to 4 years of post-qualification experience who can independently manage projects from initial brief to final handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Create design concepts based on founders’ briefs.
- Prepare and oversee coordination of working drawings.
- Handle client communications at the project level.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and consultants for smooth project execution.
- Make practical onsite decisions to resolve issues.
- Monitor budgets, material procurement, and project timelines.
- Guide projects through the execution phase to successful handover.
Important Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Knowledge of SketchUp or a comparable 3D software is expected.
- Experience in residential or commercial interiors is highly desirable.
- Good understanding of materials, site supervision, and vendor negotiation skills is strongly preferred.
Additional Information
This position requires active participation beyond design and drafting. The candidate should confidently engage in client meetings, manage onsite responsibilities, and conduct vendor negotiations. Ability to independently drive day-to-day project delivery without close oversight is essential.
Compensation
The salary range is ₹700000 to ₹1000000 annually, based on experience and proven project management capabilities.
