Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Architect to join our collaborative studio environment in Perth. The successful candidate will lead complex architectural projects across various typologies, taking responsibility from initial concept through to completion. This leadership role requires managing multidisciplinary teams, fostering client relationships, and balancing design quality with technical and commercial considerations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects end-to-end, from concept development to project completion.
• Manage and guide multidisciplinary design teams effectively.
• Maintain and develop strong client relations while contributing to project strategy formulation.
• Ensure continuity and fidelity of design intent throughout documentation and delivery phases.
• Balance the demands of design excellence, technical execution, and commercial viability.

Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of professional architectural experience.
• Registered Architect or eligible for registration in Australia.
• Demonstrated leadership and capability in project architecture.
• Proven track record in delivering complex projects across civil infrastructure, health, education, and multi-residential sectors.
• Comprehensive understanding of construction methods and commercial contract management.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit software within complex projects.
• Experience within multidisciplinary design practices.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborative mindset with enthusiasm for mentoring and supporting team members.
• Genuine passion for innovative and future-focused architectural design.
