Company Overview

SDV Consulting Engineers delivers a broad spectrum of engineering services including project management and development. Their expertise spans FEED, EPCM, PMC, commissioning, and advisory roles primarily for industrial sectors such as manufacturing, processing, energy, hydrogen plants, cold storage, and specialized facilities.

Role Summary and Responsibilities

• Take ownership of architectural design from initial concept through to detailed stages.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary consultants and multiple project stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Oversee project deliverables, keeping to schedules and maintaining design quality standards.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant UAE regulations, building codes, and authority requirements.
• Lead the development and coordination of BIM/Revit design processes.
• Provide review, guidance, and mentorship to junior architects and technical personnel.
• Assist with client presentations, submission processes to authorities, and technical evaluations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of a bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Between 8 to 12 years of professional architectural experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, BIM workflows, and AutoCAD software.
• Comprehensive understanding of UAE building regulations and authority approval procedures.
• Strong communication, leadership, and coordination abilities.
• Experience working within Abu Dhabi is highly desired.
• Mandatory experience with steel and industrial project types.
• Candidate must currently reside in the UAE.
