Role Overview

You will join the Android Functional Team, developing secure and privacy-centered applications specifically for Android devices. Your work will involve Kotlin, Maestro, and Graphite technologies, contributing to various related projects.

Recent company initiatives have included adding Privacy Pro support, enhancing autofill capabilities, and delivering phishing and malware protection.

Candidate Profile

• 7+ years of Android engineering experience, with involvement in at least two major native Android applications.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin programming.
• In-depth comprehension of Model-View (MV) concepts, mobile threading models, and memory management techniques as they relate to mobile app development.
• Solid foundation in advanced data structures and algorithms.
• Capability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and develop user-friendly UX solutions.
• Demonstrated creativity in problem-solving and willingness to take initiative, while discerning when to engage team collaboration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to justify and clearly articulate decisions.

Compensation & Benefits

The annual salary for this role is $178,500 USD, complemented by stock options. Salary transparency is maintained across the organization, with equal pay for members at the same professional level and region.

Note that company-sponsored health insurance benefits are exclusively available to US-based employees and not extended to international team members.
