Role Overview

As a Senior Analyst focused on client implementations, you will lead long-term transformation programs, helping organizations convert strategic ideas into tangible results. While AI and analytics accelerate insight generation, you will ensure effective execution by aligning stakeholders, managing change efforts, and fostering adoption that drives lasting business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead critical aspects of implementation projects and transformation initiatives.
• Translate strategic recommendations into actionable plans and ensure value realization through stakeholder alignment and overcoming execution challenges.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills grounded in business transformation principles.
• Support organizational design activations including operating models, governance structures, roles, and performance management.
• Manage disciplined execution of project components such as initiative prioritization, roadmap development, business case construction, and tracking value realization.
• Analyze processes to identify opportunities for streamlining and performance improvements with quantifiable business and financial impact.
• Communicate effectively with project teams and clients to deliver credible, confident insights.
• Ensure high-quality execution focused on efficiency and practical effectiveness.
• Drive process enhancements and support change management by embedding new ways of working and facilitating capability building through upskilling.
• Leverage Generative AI technologies (including LLM workflows, agentic systems, and retrieval-based solutions) to accelerate transformation and change initiatives.
• Contribute to the development and codification of knowledge assets derived from client engagements.
• Assist in training and onboarding junior colleagues by sharing expertise and best practices.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 2 years of consulting experience in operations, implementation, or transformation roles preferred.
• If no consulting background, at least 2 years of relevant industry experience is required; 3-6+ years strongly preferred.
• Proven track record in translating business strategies into actionable results.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is advantageous.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
• Strong financial and business acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Superior communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Experience or familiarity with Python, SQL, and current analytical or AI tools for problem resolution and automation is a plus.

In this role, you will closely collaborate with clients and BCG team members including Project Leaders, Associates, and Consultants. Between client engagements, you will partner with global topic leads and colleagues throughout BCG to bring expertise and advanced capabilities to internal and external projects.
