About the Role

At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, we are dedicated to creating memorable and joyous play experiences by innovating on our iconic brands. The Compensation team plays a crucial role by managing compensation programs globally, ensuring our offerings are competitive and financially sound. The Senior Compensation Analyst will be responsible for leading compensation strategy and program execution across EMEA and APAC, collaborating closely with HR and business leaders to implement effective compensation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead compensation initiatives such as market benchmarking, compensation planning, recognition programs, offer development, retention strategies, and budget oversight.
  • Advise and educate HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders on compensation philosophy encompassing base pay, variable compensation, sales incentives, equity plans, and miscellaneous programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand organizational priorities and provide compensation insights to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze internal and external pay trends, legislation, market data, and pay transparency developments to inform compensation strategy.
  • Deliver expert consultation, mentoring, and guidance to HR Business Partners and leaders.
  • Partner with Finance to design incentive programs and support governance and oversight of compensation plans.
  • Represent employee interests in the design of enterprise-wide pay programs and lead the development of client-specific pay plans.
  • Manage compensation programs independently while ensuring compliance with company policies and governance standards.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with strong background in compensation management.
  • Extensive experience in developing and owning diverse compensation programs including base salary, variable pay, sales compensation, compensation strategy, and market competitiveness analysis.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities to dissect complex questions and data, delivering clear and concise insights.
  • Forward-thinking with an ability to envision end-to-end solutions.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills tailored for executive-level interactions.
  • Proven ability to build consultative partnerships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting compensation across regions, especially EMEA and APAC.
  • Comfort working in a global matrix organization with flexibility to adapt management style across cultures.
