About the Role
Recapi AI is seeking an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to architect, develop, and deploy advanced AI agents tailored for enterprise clients. Collaborating closely with the core engineering team, you'll be instrumental in creating the intelligence backbone of Recapi's digital AI workforce across healthcare, finance, and enterprise sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include designing innovative model architectures, fine-tuning large language models (LLMs), constructing evaluation pipelines, and guaranteeing that AI agents adhere to high reliability and safety benchmarks. You'll manage the entire development lifecycle from research stages through to production deployment.
Mandatory Experience and Skills
- Minimum of five years working in machine learning or AI engineering roles.
- Expertise in Python and familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Proficient in LLM fine-tuning, retrieval augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and prompt engineering techniques.
- Experience operating production ML systems including model serving, monitoring, and A/B testing strategies.
- Hands-on experience with cloud providers like AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
- Excellent communication abilities and adeptness in contributing within dynamic remote environments.
