Role Overview

We seek a Senior Product Manager to lead the product vision and strategic execution for our Legal & Insurance vertical, focusing on data abstraction and AI analysis within the enterprise AI product portfolio. This role involves reimagining how health data is accessed and processed to generate valuable insights for legal and insurance organizations leveraging Datavant's network.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and communicate product vision, strategy, and a dynamic roadmap tailored to the Legal & Insurance AI portfolio, aligning capabilities with customer needs and market trends.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, operations, and design teams to deliver complex product initiatives, enhance platform scalability, and introduce new features.
• Manage product development within the constraints of intricate technical systems, regulatory environments, and operational processes to ensure reliable and scalable solutions.
• Work with product leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to guide investment decisions and represent the Legal & Insurance sector internally, ensuring synergy between customer impact and platform scalability.
• Integrate AI-powered insights and automation into customer workflows to accelerate product development and uplift product quality.
• Position Datavant as a premier provider of AI-driven health data workflows within the legal and insurance industries.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product management, particularly with ownership of complex enterprise or platform AI products.
• Proven success in defining and implementing product strategies for extensive data-driven or enterprise platforms.
• Experience developing AI-based products emphasizing data exchange, analytics, insights, and workflow automation.
• Demonstrated leadership in guiding cross-functional teams through complex product development processes.
• Expertise in leveraging AI throughout product lifecycles to foster innovation and efficiency.
• Strong influence and communication skills with engineering leadership and multidisciplinary partners.
• Familiarity with regulated sectors such as healthcare, insurance, finance, or legal is advantageous.
• Strong systems thinking capabilities that balance long-term platform vision with immediate execution requirements.
