Role Overview

The Senior AI Engineer will be instrumental in designing and implementing customized AI agents in partnership with major enterprise clients. This role requires a technically rigorous and highly cooperative approach, focusing on translating complex business challenges into scalable, AI-powered solutions that generate tangible impact.

Core Responsibilities and Candidate Profile

• Apply strong foundations in data science, with expertise in statistics and machine learning, complemented by proficient programming skills—preferably Python.
• Engage actively with state-of-the-art AI technologies such as large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI co-pilots, and agent-based workflows, demonstrating a passion for innovation in AI applications.
• Exhibit strong client engagement skills, capable of understanding and articulating complex business needs to craft elegant and scalable AI solutions, backed by hands-on experience in architecture and real-world deployments.

Additional Information

This is a hybrid position based mainly in London, requiring presence in the office one day per week. The compensation package ranges between £80,000 and £100,000 annually, dependent on experience, with significant equity share options offered as part of the total remuneration.
