Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have exhaustive expertise in accounting principles and statutory compliance within the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting processes including maintaining ledgers and finalizing the balance sheet with precision.
- Oversee GST filing and Income Tax Return (ITR) submissions ensuring full compliance with current regulations.
- Ensure adherence to statutory regulations and compliance requirements specific to the real estate industry.
- Implement and manage accounting procedures in line with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) guidelines.
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in accounting within the real estate domain.
- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting standards, GST and ITR filing processes.
- Strong understanding of legal compliance and financial regulations including RERA guidelines related to real estate.
