CY AND T TECH PRODUCTS is a dynamic and expanding multi-brand enterprise that currently oversees brands like COZI CLOUD, BUTTERFEEL, and RYKRA, with intentions to launch and manage additional brands moving forward.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive accounting records using Tally Prime software.
• Record, authenticate, and manage entries related to sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments, and journal vouchers.
• Handle GST accounting, prepare data for GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns, and perform GST input tax credit reconciliation against GSTR-2B.
• Calculate, deduct, and process TDS payments, file returns, and manage TDS certificates.
• Assist in income tax return preparations, advance tax computations, and ensure statutory compliance.
• Generate and verify all tax-related invoices, including e-invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Prepare e-way bills and maintain detailed associated documentation.
• Conduct bank account reconciliations, including cash and payment gateway reconciliations, and maintain financial ledgers.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, along with vendor reconciliations.
• Track customer receivables and manage vendor payment timelines effectively.
• Perform detailed reconciliations of orders, sales, returns, commissions, TCS, TDS, fees, and settlements from e-commerce marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and JioMart.
• Reconcile payments for Shopify and other direct-to-consumer platform transactions with bank and payment gateway settlements.
• Account for marketplace returns, RTO orders, claims, reimbursements, and associated deductions.
• Maintain detailed SKU-wise and platform-specific sales and settlement records.
• Manage payroll calculations, maintain salary records, and ensure applicable statutory deductions are correctly applied.
• Prepare periodic financial reports including profit and loss statements, balance-sheet schedules, cash flow statements, and management information system (MIS) reports.
• Maintain and update fixed asset registers, inventory logs, and expense documentation.
• Liaise with chartered accountants, auditors, banks, vendors, and government bodies as necessary.
• Support monthly and annual financial closing processes, audits, and reporting.
• Ensure accurate accounting for all current and future company brands.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• Possession of a B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, or equivalent qualification in accounting.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and taxation.
• Proficient in Tally Prime and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• In-depth understanding of GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory return procedures.
• Experienced in handling GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-2B reconciliations and TDS returns filings.
• Familiarity with e-invoicing, e-way bills, and bank reconciliations.
• Practical knowledge of e-commerce accounting, especially marketplace settlement reconciliation.
• Ability to independently manage accounting books and meet compliance deadlines.
• Strong skills in numerical accuracy, thorough documentation, and problem resolution.
• Exposure to CA coordination, e-commerce companies, direct-to-consumer brands, or multi-brand business environments is preferred.
• Preference for candidates who can join immediately and reside close to the workplace.

Terms and Compensation

This is a full-time position based in the office at Delhi-NCR. The offered salary ranges from INR 30,000 to 45,000 per month, subject to candidate experience, proficiency, and interview results. There are no joining fees or security deposits required.
