About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Senior Account Manager to join our Randstad Digital team based in Sydney CBD, focusing on technology recruitment within the banking, financial services, and insurance sectors. You will be supported by a dedicated recruiter to assist with sourcing candidates, allowing you to concentrate on client engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client and candidate sales processes.
• Provide subject-matter expertise within the banking and financial services technology vertical.
• Create and maintain a customer-centric service culture.
• Develop and deepen client relationships through consultative engagement.
• Conduct talent pooling and market mapping activities.
• Work closely with senior client stakeholders to align recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with government and business stakeholders to foster teamwork and partnerships.
