Senior Account Executive

Job Summary

We are in search of a meticulous and proficient CA Intermediate qualified professional to become a part of our team. The candidate should possess 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in a Chartered Accountant firm or within the accounts and finance division of a company. This role demands independent management and execution of accounting, tax, and regulatory compliance responsibilities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle and oversee accounting operations with expertise in Accounting, GST, TDS, and financial management.
• Validate Sales, Purchases, Credit/Debit Notes, and Expenses transactions, ensuring precise calculation and tracking of GST and TDS impacts.
• Perform comprehensive vendor account reconciliations and carry out periodic ledger audits.
• Lead the process of finalizing accounts and offer focused support during audit periods.
• Serve as the main point of contact liaising with external Chartered Accountants and Tax Consultants regarding accounting, taxation, and auditing matters.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Mandatory qualification: CA Intermediate passed.
• Experience of 3 to 4 years in either a CA firm or in corporate accounting and finance roles.
• Strong practical understanding of accounting principles and taxation protocols.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to manage accounting and tax procedures autonomously.
