Senior Accommodation Supervisor

Job Overview

This role aims to support the company's success through effective management of contracts, leases, and accommodations for commercial and company-owned properties, ensuring full compliance with Qatar’s legal framework and municipal regulations.

Key Duties

• Manage the complete lifecycle of lease agreements including negotiations, renewals, and compliance checks for commercial properties.
• Supervise daily leasing and accommodation operations to promote efficiency and maintain optimal occupancy.
• Cultivate strong relationships with tenants and customers while coordinating with vendors and contractors for seamless service delivery.
• Formulate and implement competitive pricing and leasing strategies to maximize revenues, including contribution to budget planning and identifying revenue enhancement opportunities.
• Ensure all leasing contracts comply with Qatar laws and municipal standards, conducting risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Monitor contract adherence and performance relative to business and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in developing strategic leasing approaches and operational plans, recommending process efficiency improvements and cost reductions.
• Analyze market trends to inform leasing strategies and decisions.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Finance, Legal, and Operations, and coordinate with external tenants, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth lease operations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Real Estate, Property Management, Facilities Management, or related discipline.
• At least five years of relevant experience, with a preference for 2 to 3 years of experience within the GCC region.
• Proven experience in property management or the real estate sector is highly advantageous.
