Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Security Supervisor based at our Accra office to manage daily security activities for our facility in Tema, ensuring a secure environment for staff, visitors, and assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement proactive measures to guarantee a safe workplace for employees and visitors.
• Provide focused security for sensitive and restricted zones including cold storage, inventory rooms; maintain strict confidentiality and control over all keys.
• Conduct or oversee searches of vehicles, personnel, bags, containers, and materials to prevent unauthorized removal of company property.
• Support execution of security protocols across assigned facilities and lead the emergency evacuation process for staff and visitors.
• Assist the head of security by promptly documenting and reporting all criminal incidents or suspicious activities; seize items found during inspections and detain offenders; prepare detailed incident reports with evidence.

Qualification and Experience

• Possess at least a high school certificate or equivalent along with formal training in security services.
• Have a minimum of five years experience performing similar security supervisory duties.
